Bonfires Mod (1.20.1, 1.19.4) It is a mod that allows us to use the iconic bonfires from the Dark Souls series in our Minecraft gameplay. For those who haven’t played Dark Souls, bonfires serve as checkpoints, allowing us to teleport to other bonfires we have previously placed around the world, as well as healing our character.
When we create one of these bonfires and place it on the ground, we can give it a name, which helps us identify it when selecting a destination among bonfires. We can even use bonfires to instantly travel between dimensions. Additionally, a bonfire can serve as a spawn point, similar to beds.
However, this mod offers more than just bonfires and teleportation. We can also create other Dark Souls items, such as the Coiled Sword, which ignites the users we strike with it, and the Estus Flask, a multi-use healing potion that allows us to regenerate three hearts of health when near a bonfire.
